Selected work

The visible moment is only half the work.

Ten case studies across five organizations: the public moment, and the diagnosis, teams, operating discipline and measurement that made it hold. Grouped by organization; each one names what I did and who I did it with.

Marriott International

2017–18 · 2023–25

Senior Manager, Global Brand Marketing Partnerships (2024–25) · Senior Manager, Global Social Media Platform & Engagement (2023–24) · Manager, Digital Marketing — The Americas (2017–18)

  1. Marriott International: Global Brand Partnerships · Jun 2024–Jan 2025

Turning signed partnerships into programs every hotel could deliver.

A 16+ partnership portfolio, from global tentpoles to brand collaborations: rights and renewal, integrated activation, and the toolkit built so hundreds of properties could deliver the same experience.

  2. Sheraton × Reese’s Book Club: Brand Partnership Strategy · Jun 2024–Jan 2025

A renewal should buy more than another year.

Sheraton promises a place to gather. I made the case to renew the partnership on that promise and drafted the program to carry it into hotels.

  3. Marriott Rewards × NCAA: Sponsorship Playbook · 2017–18

Turning a sponsorship into a playbook, and running it twice.

Marriott Rewards’ first two NCAA seasons connected sponsorship rights, real-time content, on-site activation and audience targeting, then used year-one learning to make year two smarter.

  4. Marriott International: Crisis Communications · 2017

What a brand says in a crisis starts with what it stops.

Hurricane Irma and the Napa Valley fires: what to pause, what to tell worried families, and how to say “open for business” without sounding tone-deaf.

  5. Marriott Bonvoy: Customer-Engagement Ecosystem Overhaul · 2023–24

From a tool request to an engagement ecosystem.

A brief to “optimize” Marriott Bonvoy’s Sprinklr set-up became Project Astria: eight capabilities rebuilt as one ecosystem, designed with the teams who had to run it.

Fidelity Investments

2018–20

Director, Paid Social Media (2019–20) · Digital Strategist (2018–19)

  1. Fidelity Investments: Instagram Launch · 2019–20

Fidelity’s first Instagram, and the brand system underneath it.

Channel strategy, voice, look and feel, the content mix, a path through Legal, Risk and Compliance, and the case for the difference between answering customers and actually talking to them.

  2. Fidelity Investments: New Platforms, New Audiences · 2018–20

Same brand. Very different jobs to do.

Reddit for new investors. Spotify for retirement. Pinterest for wealth. A public face for the Women’s Leadership Group. Each a first for the firm, each on its own terms.

Capital One

2015–17

Associate Marketing Manager, Brand Digital Strategy (2015–17)

  1. Capital One × NCAA: March Madness · 2016

    Full-court press, in real time.

An integrated TV, social, digital, talent and on-site campaign, and the real-time engagement layer that turned three weeks of March Madness into one conversation with a 4M+ audience.

Stand Together

2021–22

Deputy Director, Content Marketing (2021–22)

  1. Stand Together × SXSW: Integrated Brand Activation · March 2022

Six panels, scripted and shot to outlive the room.

The organization’s first Snapchat presence, geofenced creative around the festival, and a paid campaign that kept six conversations working after the stage went dark.

McorpCX

2025–26

CXM Strategy Lead, consultant (2025–26) — global biopharmaceutical client, identity withheld

  1. McorpCX: Oncology Experience Architecture · 2025–26

    One diagnosis. Three journeys.

One oncology launch, experienced by patients, care partners and clinicians. Research became personas, journey architecture and an experience-measurement model designed for all three.

Earlier: MtoM Consulting

2014–15

Social Media Strategist. My first job: property-level social strategy for six Marriott hotels at a boutique digital agency in Falls Church, Virginia, and a run of writing about brands. Before I was building the programs above, I was thinking about them out loud.
